Martin is a highly experienced consultant with Director level experience in large and medium sized organisations. He has extensive consultancy experience which ranges across local and central government; Higher Education and the private sector in the UK and overseas.
He has successfully led and delivered a wide range of individual and team assignments. These have included business transformation and recovery; negotiation and implementation of Strategic Partnerships; creation of shared service arrangements; customer service improvement; organisational change and development; CPA and Peer Challenge; Executive Search & Selection, training, employee relations, Outplacement and interim management at Executive Director level. He is particularly skilled at working with organisations to deliver major transformational change programmes. His initial core professional area was Human Resource Management; however his skill base is now significantly wider.
Martin operates effectively at both strategic and operational levels. He is skilled at communicating and establishing effective working relationships at all levels and roles within client organisations, even where there are strongly divergent objectives and interests. He has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to maintain staff motivation and morale during major periods of change.
